Can't get enough of Bliss Balls? Or maybe you've never even tried them? In any way, you have to give these delicious purple berry bliss balls a try!

They will cost you only 5 minutes of your time and they make the perfect healthy snack to enjoy any time of the day. One of my favorites for sure (and I've tried many bliss balls in my life)!

The Forever Beautiful mix contains nutrient-dense beauty foods like acai and maqui berries, acerola cherries, chia seeds, lucuma and blueberries. Yup - it's as delicious as it sounds!

  • 2 tbsp Forever Beautiful mix
  • 1 cup dates
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup (gluten-free) oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • optional: shredded coconut for coating


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor (or high-speed blender) and blend until you're left with a sticky dough.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls and coat with some shredded coconut (optional).
  • Enjoy!
